We started the month celebrating my birthday with a double date to Rodizio Grill.

Wade's birthday was great! He opened a new Tonka dump truck and got a scooter. He is so cute on his scooter. He's gotten so brave in the last month with non stop practice. He loves going down hills. He isn't used to putting both feet on the scooter, so he will lift the leg that pushes him into a 90 degree angle while he glides on the scooter. It is so funny and I hope I never forget it.

Fred turned 10! We took him on a long sniffy walk. I call HIS walks sniffy walks. I let him smell everything and anything. Sometimes we are out for an hour and only go a mile because he will smell so much!

We spent Thanksgiving with the Jones family in San Tan Valley. Wade did great on the drive, and the food was so good. Before dinner, we went to see Moana 2! Jake and I took turns chasing Wade. The portions of the movie I saw were good. I'm excited to see it all again someday.

We saw Santa at Bass Pro! They have such a great set up and I think this is going to become a tradition for us. It's so fun to see the fish and animals, and the Santa there always looks so good!

The girls ditched the boys and we went to see Wicked. Gwen and Emily are my favorite girls to see movies with. We got treats and popcorn, and I was giddy.

Gwen's basketball season ended. They did great. The made it to the finals and lost. Gwen was really bummed. She learned a lot, worked really hard, and cried at almost every game. This is the most work she's done for basketball, and she really tried hard. I'm proud of her grit and tenacity. I'm also really glad she is done. I don't think we'll do a league like this for a few years. It was a really big time commitment, and I value nonstructured play for children. There will be more time for intense sports. I don't want it to start now, unless she really wanted it to.

I got a new phone and he went with me to pick it up.

Emily finished cheer! She had her competition and they got third place!!!!
