Wade is 8 months!!!!!!!!

 Wade got his first sickness under his belt and it was hard on all of us. He had painful diarrhea and the worst booty rash I’ve ever seen. We stopped wiping him altogether and just rinsed him to avoid causing bleeds to his raw skin. We went up north the same week the boy was roughing it, and Meredith showed us how she managed bum rashes at her place. She really saved our behinds…but mostly just Wade’s. 😭

Waderick had his first trip to visit grandmas and grandpas in Pinedale and Snowflake and he did so great. Gwen always sits by him on longer drives and she really manages him well. We literally wouldn’t travel so well without her. 

Since W was sick, his sleep, energy, and mood are all over the place. Sad fact, he partially lost his voice. 

Wadeypoo loves formula. As soon as we introduced it, he really cut down on wanting to nurse. That was tough for a minute, and now it’s great. 

Wade doesn’t love foods that the girls loved. He doesn’t like eggs. He doesn’t like purées, or fruits. He’s got us bewildered. 

Wade can crawl!!!!!!!!! 

He can crawl and sit up and he crawls up the steps in our living room. Holy moly. It’s wild. Wade loves trying to climb things. We pull him away from so much because he’ll use anything to try to get on top. When he falls, he doesn’t even cry. He smirks! I didn’t think it would happen, but his busy body side is definitely coming! Wadeypoo was always so calm so he deceived us. Luckily, busy is my kind of baby! I love a full day workout of chasing haha.

 He is the sweetest. He kisses me straight on the mouth, hugs my neck, pets Jake’s beard, pulls GwEmily’s hairs, and we all love it. He loves playing the piano and we’ve really upped our baby sign language this month.

 18 pounds and 8 ounces, size 6-9 month clothes, and size three diapers are still the jam over here.
